Jules Richard Kelley
Jules Richard Kelley, a native and resident of Baton Rouge, LA, passed away on February 16, 2022, at the age of 76. He was born on December 12, 1945, to Clinton Kelley, Sr. and Annie Hull Kelley. Jules was a graduate of Istrouma High School and an electrician the Local 995. He is a veteran who proudly served in the Marine Corps.
Jules is survived by his sister, Ruth Young and her husband, Bobby. Also survived by nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clinton and Annie Kelley, Sr.; sister, Trudy Bordelon; and brothers, Clinton Kelley, Sr. and J.C. Kelley, Sr.
