David Cappel

Samuel David Cappel gained his wings at 11:32pm on December 31, 2021 after having a massive heart attack on Christmas Eve. David was a native of Hammond, born on January 22, 1980 to Dr. Samuel and Pamela Cappel. He was a resident of Gonzales, Louisiana. Visitation will be Wednesday, January 5th at The Church in St. Amant from 9:30 am to 11:00am with memorial service to follow. David was survived by his parents, Dr. Samuel and Pamela Cappel; wife, Nicole Braud Cappel; children Christian Cappel, Gracie Cappel and Wyatt Cappel; and step-daughter Alexis Bateman. Arrangements are being handled by Church Funeral Services in St. Amant, Louisiana.
