Candice (Candi) Guidry Clancy

Candice (Candi) Guidry Clancy born January 17, 1972 in Metairie LA., died of pneumonia complications Tuesday, October 5, 2021. She was a current resident of Gonzales, LA and a native of LaPlace, LA. She was also a member of Praise Church in Prairieville, LA.

Candi is survived by, her son Donald (DJ) Mclean, grandson Braiden Mclean, mother Dorothy R. Guidry, sisters Roxanne Moyer and Theresa Madere, brother Chad Guidry wife Tonya, and many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

Candi is preceded in death by her father Wayne J. Guidry, and grandparents, and aunts and uncles.

Candi loved being a mom and a grammy. She loved being with her family and close friends. She worked in children’s ministry most of her life and had a passion to see children blossom.

Services to celebrate her life will be held Saturday, October 9, 2021 at Praise Church 36452 C. Braud Rd. Prairieville, LA. 70769.
