Timothy Paul Erwin Sr., 56, of Bureau, Illinois passed away on 30 June 2021 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
A celebration of life will be held, at a later date, in Illinois which will be his final resting place.
Timothy “Tim” Erwin Sr. was born in Peru, Illinois to James and Shirley on 9 June 1965. He graduated from Montour High School in Pennsylvanian. Tim worked as a mechanic at Industrial Electric Motor Services for 27 years. He loved fishing, animals, and telling jokes. He lived for his children, loved being a father and passing on his wisdom.
Tim is preceded in death by His father James Ralph Erwin and his mother Shirley Jean Erwin.
Tim is survived by his children Timothy II and Michelle, his siblings Jimbo, Joanie, John, Joe, and Jamie and a host of nieces and nephews.

I met Tim and his brothers when they moved to Pittsburgh Pa in the 80s.. We quickly became friends and had nothing but great times.. It was sad to see the family leave to Louisiana, but such is life and we lost touch over the years.. I recently re connected with him through Facebook, and am thankful that I was able to talk and catch up with him.. Surely do wish I could have made the trip to see him, But god had other plans.. I know right now somewhere in heaven someone’s in stitches laughing their behind off with him.. See you on the other side someday my friend..
Thank you Tim for giving me the most wonderful gift I have ever received our beautiful children. My first love and the father of my children, they will carry on your name with pride, I could not have raised such great adults without you. Rest in peace.
