Marie A Lee, age 92, passed away on Friday, June 25, 2021 at Baton Rouge General Hospital in Baton Rouge. She was born in Leonville, LA to Clement Artigue and Angel Creduer.
She was a member of the Jehovaha’s Witness, enjoyed camping and travel. She liked shinny things, jewelry, guest and family activities. Her family was very important as well as her love for animals.
She is survived by her two children, Ruby Jackson (Julian) and Mary Dolores Aitkins (Clark); brother, Clarence Artigue; six grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Barney W. Lee, Sr.; children, Elton J. Thibodeaux, Jr, Verna Wise, Barney W. Lee, Jr and Danny Lee; two grandchildren, Dexter Stelly and Twyla Arnold.
