Jill Frances Erwin Threeton

Jill Frances Erwin Threeton passed away on Saturday May 22, 2021 at the age of 71 years. Jill was born in Independence, LA. She spent the better part of her life making memories with her late husband Herman “Blue” Threeton Sr. and their family in Springfield, LA. For many years you would find her traveling the country with Blue on 18 wheels and going by the alias “Tender-foot”. Later in life she married her late husband David Mote in Magnolia, MS.

On Saturday Jill was welcomed to Heaven by her husband’s Blue and David; her parents Dallas and Hazel Erwin Sr; brothers Dallas Erwin Jr. and John Erwin; Sisters Roberta Erwin, Emily Erwin, and Margaret Randall Bush; and her son-in-law Michael Snyder.

Jill’s memory will live on in her children Herman (Sherrie) Threeton Jr. of Holden, LA, Frances “Frannie” Threeton of Ponchatoula, LA, and Norma Jean Threeton of Triangle, VA; Grand-children Kimberly “Nikki” (Henry) Jones, Shannon (Antoine) Threeton, Mika Anderson, Shawn Threeton, Nathan Threeton, Amber (Josh) Threeton, Michaela (Thomas) Snyder, Trent Threeton, Jonathan Threeton, Skylar Mason, Jade Price and 12 ½ Great Grand-children; Brothers Frank (Ruth) Erwin, Darrell (Jean) Erwin, and Willie (Debbie) Erwin; Sisters Mary (Frank) Shuckhart and Lenora (Lawrence) Jones, along with a host of nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate her life as we lay her to rest at Carter Cemetery in Springfield, LA. The ceremony will be on Saturday May 29, 2021 at 10:00 AM.
