Funeral Services for Todd Lee “Granddad” Leibold, will be held on Saturday, May 1, 2021 at 4:00 PM at the Shady Bower Pentecostal Church, 13375 Galloway Garden Ln, Walker, LA 70785 with Rev. Joey Myers officiating. Visitation will be held at the church from 3:00 PM until time of service.
A native of Los Angeles and a resident of Denham Springs, he went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at the age of 61. He was a Private Investigator for 28 years, enjoyed traveling with his family, watching western movies, writing poems and enjoyed singing at the top of his voice to embarrass his children. His pride was the grandchildren, attending the school functions, going to soccer games and beauty pageants. Todd had a great sense of humor, always telling jokes to make others smile and putting others above himself.
He is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Valorie Wells of Denham Springs; two daughters, Sierra Leibold and husband Matt of Denham Springs and Shreaunna Ardoin and husband Derrick of Walker; three grandchildren, Tayven Lee Leibold Williams, Saydee Lee Ardoin and Vayda Emaree Leibold Williams; mother, Wanda Leola Leibold of Auburn, CA; sister, Vanessa Bengston and husband Michael of Grass Valley, CA; four brothers, Steve Leibold of Aztec, NM, David Leibold and wife Grace of Dallas, Adam Leibold of Auburn, CA and Kelly Leibold and wife Mary of Auburn, CA; numerous nieces, nephews and “granddad” to many friends who became family.
He was preceded in death by his father, Leo Henry Leibold; grandparents, Leola Olive Thompson and Martin Casey Thompson.
