Chester Otis Rose

A ceremony celebrating the life of Chester Otis Rose will be held at 5 pm on Thursday, March 11, 2021 at First Pentecostal Church of Denham Springs, LA in the Bethel Sanctuary.  Reverend W. R. (Billy) Johnson, Reverend Joel Ritchey and Brother Collin McClendon will officiate. Mr. Rose was born on January 11, 1951 in Port Arthur, TX.  He passed from this life on March 7, 2021 at the Crossing Hospice of Clarity Hospice, Baton Rouge, LA at the age of 70. He was a resident of Denham Springs, LA and worked most of his life as a cabinet maker.  He was a member of the Pentecostal faith.

He was preceded in death by his parents Robert N. Rose, Sr and Ruby Baker Rose and his siblings Dorothy Rose Henson, Robert N. Rose, Jr., Travis W. Rose, David E. Rose, Sr., and Rachel Ruby Rose.

He is survived by his wife Terri Bueche Rose, and his sons Robert B. Rose and Richard B. Rose as well as his granddaughter Bella Juliann Rose. He is survived by one sister Evelyn Rose Nodine and her husband John.  He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, and friends.
