L. C. Sanders
A graveside service celebrating the life of L. C. Sanders will be held Thursday at 1:00 pm at Louisiana National Cemetery where he will be laid to rest with Military Honors.
He was born on April 7, 1928 and went to heaven on February 21, 2021 at his home with his family at his side. He was a loving and devoted husband, dad, brother, and Paw Paw.
L C was a United State Navy war veteran, in which he served in World War II and was honorably discharged. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, woodworking, fishing, and hunting.
He is survived by his wife of sixty-five years, Sally G. Sanders, children, Suzie Taylor (Burt), Daniel (Staci) and John Sanders (Karon), siblings Bobby Sanders, Gloria McReynolds, and Betty Renouf, grandchildren Jared Sanders, Collin Sanders, Bradford Sanders, Leanne Stockstill, Dickie Conrad, Blake Taylor, Lexie Taylor, Jake Sanders, also survived by nine great grandchildren.
The family would like to thank the staff at Hospice in His Care especially Stephanie, Jasmine, Yvonne, and Deacon Mike.
