A celebration of life for Jeremy Don Johnson will be held on Tuesday December 1, 2020 at Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux, 3830 Burbank Drive Baton Rouge (on the outdoor patio) will be 2 pm until 4 pm.

Jeremy was born on December 10, 1977 in Borger, Texas and passed from this life on Sunday November 15, 2020 at the age of 42 years. He was a dedicated ExxonMobil employee of – 16 years. His Operations career started on January 17, 2005, where he was assigned to Operations Services Department/Zone-2/Feed. Jeremy became an active member of the EMED Team as a member of the Safety Program Committee Jeremy proudly assumed the role of “Sergeant Safety” in the production of numerous Safety Evergreen Videos. He began a Step-up Operator for Feed in March 2009. In June 2014, Jeremy was assigned as a seated Feed Operator. Shortly thereafter, Jeremy was selected as Process Mechanical Coordinator for the Feed Section, a job which he gladly accepted and in which he proudly assumed complete ownership.

Jeremy was a mentor and coach for employees as they navigated their careers and was equally respected by his peers. His work ethic was to coach team members to ensure on one fails or falters.

He is survived by his children Creed and Channing Johnson of Amarillo, Texas, his mother Rhonda T. Johnson of Pierre Part, his father Mike Johnson of Haslet, Texas, Brothers Joel of Haslet, TX, Jason of Pierre Part, and Johnny of Roanoke, TX, uncles Jerry Thompson of Palm Springs, CA, and Ira Johnson of Kennewick, WA, also survived by 2 nieces, 1 nephew, and 2 cousins.
