Joyce Mae Hood
Joyce Mae Hood was born on August 14, 1936 in Ascension Parish and departed from this life on October 24, 2020 at Baton Rouge General Medical Center Bluebonnet Campus at the age of 84 years.
She was a homemaker and a resident of the Galvez area; she enjoyed playing bingo, traveling and especially time spent with her family. She was a member of the Baptist Faith.
She is survived by her children Janice Parscale (Mark), Wanda Babin (Dwight), Hilton Lebeau Jr (Julie), and Betty Castille; brother Wallace Braud; grandchildren Becky, Angie, Hilton III “Lil Hill”, Quentin, Gunnar, Andre, and Trad; great grandchildren Seth, Brittany, Emma, and Roman.
Private services were held for immediate family.
