He was a native of Kentwood. He enjoyed outdoor adventures especially bow hunting, camping, fishing, and hunting. He also enjoyed reading western novels, dancing, and watching classic western movies.
He is preceded in death by his mother Scharlena Edwards Varnado.
Survivors include his father Eddie Varnado Sr., his children Elizabeth and Hayden Varnado and their mother Susan Comeaux Varnado; siblings Rick and Scott Varnado, Todd and Cassandra Montgomery; also survived by other relatives and friends.
