Judy A. Turner

A ceremony celebrating the life of Judy A. Turner are currently pending. Judy was born on May 30, 1958 in Deridder, LA and passed from this life on Thursday March 19, 2020 at The Carpenter House at the age of 61 years. She was a resident of Prairieville; graduate of McNeese State University and received her master’s degree from Southeastern Louisiana University. She was a counselor with Parkview School; an avid reader; and will be remembered as “mothering” and very protective of students. She is preceded in death by her parents Bob and Myrtle Marshall Jerrell. Survivors include her husband George Turner; son A C Turner; siblings Myrtle Lee Weeks and Robert Jerrell; also survived by other relatives and a host of friends.
