A ceremony celebrating the life of Veronica Landry Hebert will be held at 11am Wednesday, December 26, 2018 at St. Anne’s Catholic Church, 7348 Main Street, Sorrento, LA 70778. Visitation will begin at 9am until time of service. Interment will follow at Holy Rosary Catholic Church Cemetery, 44450 LA-429, St. Amant, LA 70774.Veroncia was born on November 2, 1954 in Gonzales, LA and was a resident of Sorrento, LA. She passed away December 23,2018, at the age of 64. She is survived by her loving daughter, Celia Carpenter and husband, Michael; grandsons, Kale Carpenter and Nathen Carpenter; granddaughter, Claire Carpenter; nieces, Joycelyn Craig and Swaantje Hoffman; nephew, Glen Hurst; great nephews, Devin Hoffman, Nicholas Hoffman, Sean Hoffman, Jeremy Craig, Jared Craig; great -great niece Audrey O’Brien; godchildren, Cody Landry, Eric Templet, Glen Hurst, Jeremy Wheat, and Jeremy Craig.Preceded in death by her beloved husband, Melvin “Babe” Hebert; parents, Charles and Edna Landry; sisters, Joycelyn Landry and Marie “Netsy” Hurst; brother, Louis Charles Landry; and sister in law, Shirley Landry.Veronica enjoyed gardening, crafting and photography.Arrangements by Church Funeral Services and Crematory, St. Amant, LA.
