Anthony Dillon Sr.

A ceremony celebrating the life of Anthony O. Dillon Sr, will be 10 am Wednesday at Hebron Baptist Church; visitation will be Tuesday 5 pm until 8 pm and will resume at 9 am Wednesday until time of the service. Interment will follow at the church cemetery. Anthony was born in Franklinton, LA on May 29, 1978 and departed from this life on Friday October 19, 2018 at Ochsner Medical Center at the age of 40 years. He was a resident of Denham Springs, owner and operator of Dillon’s Lawn Service, and attended Hebron Baptist Church. He enjoyed fishing, metal scraping and especially time spent with his children and family. He is preceded in death by his father Calvin Anthony Sr., sister Denise and grandmother Shirley Dunaway. Survivors include his wife Stephanie M. Dillon; mother Debra Dillon; children Anthony Jr and Deshea; step daughter Noell Merrill; sibings Delilah, Johnny, Dana, Gus, Jason, Sammy, Calvin Jr., and Theresa; nieces and nephews Bryson, Nathan, Maraianna and T K; also survived by his canine companion “Gracie”; also, a host of other relatives and friends.
