Imogean “Jean” Cotten

A funeral service celebrating the life of Imogean “Jean” Cotten will be held at 11:00am Saturday, April 14, 2018 at First Baptist Church, 33940 Bowie Street, White Castle, LA 70788, visitation will begin at 9:00am until time of service. Interment will follow at the church cemetery. Jean, 85, passed away Monday, April 9, 2018. She was a native of Bunkie, LA and a resident of White Castle, LA. She is preceded in death by her parents, Dennie Sandifer and Alma Slade Sandifer; sister, Peggy Cedotal; and brother, Ronald Sandifer. Survivors include her daughters, Llawayne LeBlanc Landry, Dennie LeBlanc Landry, Sugar Cotten Hymel; sisters, Johnnie Vaughn, Debbie Shelton, Roxie Gunn; brother, Danny Sandifer; 4 grandchildren; and 9 great- grandchildren.
