Mark M. Mcdowell

Mark M. McDowell, 48, of Livingston departed from this life on Thursday, November 16, 2017 at St. Elizabeth Hospital surrounded by his family. He was born on December 31, 1967 in Baton Rouge; he was a resident of Livingston; and enjoyed fishing and especially personal fitness; he will be remembered for his quick wit and humor. No formal services will be held. His family will open their home at 17310 LA Highway 16, French Settlement, on Sunday November 19, 2017 from 12:00noon until 4:00pm for condolences. He is preceded in death by his father, Wiley McDowell. Survivors include his mother, Barbara Comeaux McDowell; his siblings, Johnny, Ronny, Donny, Wylene Payne (John), Kelly Lambert (Mike), Jack (Jennifer); his nieces and nephews, Grant, Jordan, T.C., Jaxon, Seth, and Scotty; his great nieces and nephews, Coleman, Presley, and Sterling; and by his canine companion, Katy.
